Refund Eligibility
7-Day Refund Window:
Students are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 7 calendar days of the course purchase date.
- To request a refund, you must contact our support team at noelia.perez@immerselearn.com within the refund window.
No Refunds After 7 Days:
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after 7 calendar days from the purchase date.
- Once the 7-day refund period has passed, the course fee is non-refundable, and the VR headset will remain the student’s property.
Important Notes
VR Headset Ownership:
Upon completing the course, the VR headset provided as part of the program will become the student’s personal property. If a refund is issued within the 7-day period, the VR headset must be returned in its original, unused condition within 14 days of the refund request. Failure to return the headset or any damage incurred may result in deductions from the refund amount.
Access to Course Content:
Students who request a refund will lose access to the course materials and LMS platform immediately upon approval of the refund.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the approval date. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

- Reason for Cancellation
