Felix Rhodes, 39, is in a heated argument with his mother over his sister damaging his car.  Frustrated and feeling disrespected, he argues loudly, unwilling to back down. The family quarrel has escalated prompting the neighbors to call 911.

As the officer, your role is to de-escalate the situation, and guide the conversation towards a resolution, ensuring Felix’s emotions are addressed while maintaining control of the interaction.
