- Services Provided
ImmerseLearn offers online certification programs in skilled trades, including but not limited to green energy, HVAC systems, electrical work, plumbing, and other technical fields. The cost of the program includes access to the Learning Management System (LMS) and a VR headset, which is shipped to you upon enrollment.
- License to Use
Upon purchase of a course, ImmerseLearn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the LMS and use the provided VR headset for educational purposes. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of course materials is strictly prohibited.
- Account Registration
To access the LMS, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Course Payments and Refunds
All course fees are payable upfront. The fees include access to the LMS and the cost of the VR headset. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which can be found at https://immerselearn.com/refund-policy/.
- Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content, including course materials, videos, images, and software, is the property of ImmerseLearn or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided through our services.
- Use of VR Headsets
The VR headset provided as part of your course is included in the program cost and will become your property upon completion of the program. You agree to use the headset only for educational purposes related to your course during the program. ImmerseLearn is not responsible for any damage to the headset resulting from misuse.
- User Responsibilities

- Use the LMS and VR headset for lawful purposes only.
- Not share your login credentials with others.
- Notify ImmerseLearn immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Not tamper with or attempt to reverse-engineer any software or hardware provided.
- Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts the functionality of the LMS.
- Sharing course content outside of the LMS.
- Using the VR headset for purposes unrelated to the course.
- Uploading malicious code or software.
- Limitation of Liability
ImmerseLearn is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the LMS or VR headset, including but not limited to data loss, hardware damage, or personal injury. Our liability is limited to the cost of the course purchased.

ImmerseLearn reserves the right to terminate your access to the LMS and other services if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and return any VR hardware if requested.
