About the Course:

The Pharmacy Technician Ethics & Professional Conduct microcredential equips pharmacy technician students with the knowledge and professional skills required to demonstrate ethical behavior, protect patient confidentiality, communicate respectfully, and follow pharmacy policies and legal requirements. 

Through immersive VR simulations, learners will practice professional workplace conduct, secure handling of patient information, accurate prescription processing, appropriate responses to ethical situations, medication issue reporting, patient communication, and responsible shift handovers. The course emphasizes professionalism, integrity, patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance throughout daily pharmacy practice.
