About the Course:

The Sterile Packaging Environment Inspection microcredential equips learners with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to inspect the packaging environment in sterile processing areas. Learners will explore the environmental conditions that support safe and effective packaging of medical instruments. 

Through immersive VR simulations, learners will practice inspecting the packaging area for cleanliness, organization, environmental conditions, and potential contamination risks. The course emphasizes attention to detail, infection prevention, safe work practices, and maintaining an appropriate packaging environment.
