The Eye & Ear Procedures microcredential introduces learners to the anatomy, functions, and common clinical procedures involving the eyes and ears. Through immersive VR simulations, learners experience hands-on practice in performing visual and auditory assessments, assisting in diagnostic procedures, and ensuring proper patient care during ophthalmic and optic examinations, skills that directly support clinical medical assistant training. The course emphasizes infection control, patient safety, and accurate documentation essential components for effective patient support in outpatient and clinical settings.
